Muan takes 2-5 business days to process an In-stock order, Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will be notified if there are any out of stock items and its expected receipt date. All orders are shipped via FedEx.
DELIVERY TIME FOR PACKAGES WITHIN MEXICO ARE BETWEEN 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS STARTING THE DAY THE ORDER IS PROCESSED.
Confirmation on Shipping
When your item has been shipped we will send you an email confirming your shipment, you can than track it on the shipping company website.
If you order Products from us for delivery to a destination outside Mexico:
International packages can take anywhere from 4-15 days starting the day the order is processed. DELIVERY PERIODS DO NOT CONSIDER THE NUMBER OF DAYS A PACKAGE MAY BE DELAYED IN CUSTOMS.
All international orders are subject to be charged an additional VAT or Customs Tax, these fees and taxes vary by country. Tepotztli has no way of knowing what these charges will be as they vary by country and are based off the price you paid when purchasing on the Tepotztli website. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We are not responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
1. Prices on this page are in US Dollars.
2. We can change the prices on our site at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted.
3. You must pay for the Products (including all applicable delivery charges if it is an international order), and We will charge the card you have chosen to use to pay for your order once you reach the final billing page and submit your order. We immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.
4. If We accept and process your order where there is a pricing error that is obvious and unmistakable and which could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mis-pricing, we will refund to you any sums you have paid under the Terms and require the return of any Products provided to you.
5. If you wish to apply a voucher code to your order, you must enter the relevant code during the online checkout process. Only one voucher code can be used per order and additional terms and conditions may apply in respect of each voucher code. We reserve the right to decline to accept any voucher code that is invalid for your order or that has expired.
We use an external company for our payments. We work with Openpay, the most advanced payment portal in Mexico. We accept American Express, Carnet, MasterCard and Visa cards. These can be credit, debit or services (Only in Mexico). International cards are also accepted, but only credit cards.
Is it safe to use Openpay?
Yes, all the information that is being transmitted between our servers and the Openpay servers travel in an encrypted manner. Openpay also has the certification of PROSA for the handling of cards and PCI DSS cards for the protection of information.
How is the information on the card protected?
All the information transmitted from Openpay is encrypted with SSL certificates and stored in an encrypted way in our database.
We also have payments through Paypal®️ These take from one to two days in process. So if you do not get your order confirmation instantly this is normal.
