Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
We process in-stock orders within 2-5 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated restock date. All orders ship via DHL.


Domestic Shipping (Mexico)
Delivery times for orders within Mexico are typically 4-5 business days from the date the order is processed.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your package on the carrier’s website.


International Shipping
For orders shipped outside of Mexico, delivery times range from 4-15 business days from the date the order is processed. Please note: Delivery times do not include possible customs delays.

Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, or other import fees that vary by country. Tepotztli cannot estimate these charges, which depend on the laws and regulations of the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Important: You are responsible for paying any applicable import fees.

Shipping Cost Adjustments
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will adjust automatically at checkout.



Price and Payment

  1. All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  2. Prices may change at any time without notice, but any changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
  3. Full payment, including applicable delivery charges for international orders, is required at checkout. We will charge your selected payment card when you reach the final billing page and submit your order. Your bank or card issuer will be contacted immediately to authorize the transaction.
  4. If we accept an order with a clear and obvious pricing error that could reasonably be identified as incorrect, we will refund any amounts paid and request the return of the products provided.
  5. If you have a voucher code, please apply it during the online checkout process. Only one voucher code is valid per order, and additional terms and conditions may apply. We reserve the right to reject any invalid or expired voucher codes.

Payment Methods

We use Stripe, a secure, global payment provider, to process transactions. We accept MasterCard, and Visa credit and debit cards. Stripe also supports international cards, enabling secure cross-border transactions.

Is it safe to use Stripe?
Yes, Stripe uses advanced encryption and security protocols to protect your payment information. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the most stringent certification level in the payments industry, ensuring all payment data is handled securely.

How is card information protected?
Stripe encrypts all card data transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and stores it safely. No sensitive card details are stored on our servers.

PayPal
We also accept payments via PayPal®. Through PayPal Checkout, you can use American Express, along with other major credit cards. Please note that PayPal orders may take 1-2 days to process, so your order confirmation may not be immediate.
